Giant Cal - Bolandia Creative Inc. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Giant Cal application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Giant Cal's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
2.1 Personal Data: The only personal data we collect and store is your Google ID, which is used solely to authenticate your account.
2.2 Google Calendar Data: We use the Google Calendar API to display and interact with your calendar data. We do not store or have access to this data; it is only used within the App to provide you with functionality.
3.1 Service Provision: Your Google ID is used to authenticate your account and provide access to your Google Calendar data within the App.
3.2 Data Display: Your calendar data is displayed to you and allows you to interact with the Google Calendar API through our frontend.
4.1 Third-Party Services: Our database provider, Supabase, stores your Google ID. Other than that, we do not share any user data with third parties.
4.2 Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).
5.1 Storage Location: We do not store user data other than your Google ID, which is stored in our database provider, Supabase.
5.2 Security Measures: Users authenticate using their Google account, ensuring that only authorized users can access their data. Our security measures align with those of accessing your Google Calendar. As we do not store user data, encryption measures are not applied.
6.1 Consent: Google authentication requests consent when logging in through their OAuth provider.
6.2 User Rights: While we do not store user data, users can delete their account at any time.
Usage: We do not use cookies or other tracking technologies to monitor users.
The only user data we store is your Google ID, which can be deleted upon request.
9.1 Integration: The App integrates with Google services to function.
9.2 Vetting and Agreements: Users must have a Google account and grant Google permission to access their data.
10.1 Regulations: We are currently not compliant with specific legal frameworks such as GDPR or CCPA. We will investigate and implement necessary measures to ensure compliance if required.
10.2 Ongoing Compliance: We will continuously review and ensure compliance with relevant regulations as needed.
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Privacy Policy shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in British Columbia, Canada.
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy on our website or within the App. Users will be informed about updates to the Privacy Policy via a pop-up in the App.
Protocol: Since we do not store user data, there is no risk of security breaches involving stored data.
